Position Details:

- Salary: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Language Requirement:

Education and Experience:

- Minimum: College-level diploma or equivalent

Work Setting
- Residential and commercial construction sites

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site crew activities
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure project timelines are met
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, wood alternatives, and metal components (including aluminum and steel doors)
- Install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware to specification
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to company standards
- Enforce compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors

Working Conditions:

- Physical effort required: standing, walking, lifting
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding tasks
