Bronswerk manages the entire process, from design to commissioning, installation and in-service support.

Your challenge:
Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, the OHS&E Coordinator will be mainly active in leading the execution of safety and training needs within the Halifax Group.
- Responsible for allocating in-house training (ex. WHMIS, fit testing, forklift, and shop equipment standards) as necessary.
- Coordinate supervisor safety training courses/train the trainer.
- Maintain monthly client safety and training programs, while conducting numerous site visits.
- Manage AOPS mitigation plans.
- Conduct site inspections and verify safe working conditions.
- Participate in incident investigations.
- Prep and deliver monthly safety meetings.
- Partake in new hire orientations, relating to safety.
- Conduct safety inspections and JHA/FLRA (Field Level Risk Assessment) audits.
- Collaborating with QA on development procedures and best practices to meet standard requirements; along with other related taskings that may arise.

- Thorough knowledge of Provincial OH&S acts and legislation.
- Certificate in OH&S.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office.
