_**Overview**:_
- **Duties**_:

- Follow up and update all mortgages transactions on Dolphin software
- Follow up on mortgage transactions with lenders and borrowers
- Follow up with mortgage clients on mortgage renewal documents
- Prepare mortgage documents to meet mortgage regulatory requirements
- Update information on Dolphin software
- Prepare Mortgage transactions report on a day to day basis
- Follow up on account receivables with borrowers
- Follow up on phone calls with borrowers
- Prepare incoming mortgage deals for underwriter to review
- Prepare payment schedule for new and renewed mortgage loans
- Ensure payout mortgage loans are up to date before filing
- Prepare and organize any marketing functions
- Assist and set up SCMIC website with website specialist
- Maintain company’s filing records
- Perform any other duties as requested by the company
- **Requirements**:_
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent data entry and customer service skills
- Financial experience preferred
- Technical skills should include proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Website maintenance
- Some knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to work with numbers are required
- Possess an interest to develop their career in the mortgage industry and a willingness to take mortgage courses in the future
- **Experience**:_

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of data entry or administrative assistance experience is required
- **Education**:_

College Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in mathematics, finance or accounting is an asset

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
