**Job Type**: Part-Time (with Opportunity for Full-Time)

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Send out client thank-you cards and gifts to maintain strong relationships.
- Manage and update the client database.
- Order appraisals, property taxes, and titles as needed.
- Prepare client sign-off packages for mortgage completion.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Follow up with lawyers to confirm mortgage instructions have been received.
- Upload, review, and organize documentation accurately for lender submission.
- Manage social media accounts to maintain an active online presence.
- Handle bank reconciliations and maintain filing systems.
- Plan and manage client and team events.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A strong interest in the mortgage industry and a desire to grow within the field.
- Alberta Mortgage License (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.
- Previous experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial industry is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude.
