Data Entry Clerk- Group Benefits

**What’s the ask?**

Reporting to the Supervisor of Technical Services, the Data Entry Clerk
- Group Benefits, provides administrative support to the group benefit department with respect to the timely and accurate input of Client information into various Excel workbooks, Power Point presentation and our CRM Database.

Specifically, the Data Entry Clerk-Group Benefits will:

- Order and download reports from carrier partner websites.
- Data input into Excel workbooks.
- Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Interact with a variety of stakeholders and other team members to complete day-to-day tasks
- Verify accuracy of group billings;
- Draft and/or finalize formatting of presentation documents, including printing and/or binding
- Provide project management support, as required
- Draft project documents and provide formatting assistance, as required
- Internal reporting support, as required.

**What does it take?**
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field, such as business administration or equivalent training acquired from a combination of relevant work experience and education
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for a long period of time with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask effectively and to prioritize & adapt to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong Experience with Excel and PowerPoint including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Demonstrate good judgement, reliability, and professionalism in fast paced environment
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Bilingual, written and oral (English and French), is considered an asset
