**Job Posting: Maintenance Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule routine vehicle maintenance, including 30-day inspections and 6-month CVIPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of all services.
- Communicate and collaborate with shop leads and mechanics in Alberta and British Columbia to ensure that maintenance requirements are met efficiently.
- Report regularly to the Maintenance Manager and senior leadership on the status of maintenance activities, vehicle performance, and any emerging issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and certifications.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the maintenance manager to support the maintenance department and overall company operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in maintenance coordination, particularly within the transportation or fleet management industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to report to and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and senior management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including vehicle inspections and CVIPs in Alberta and BC.
- Proficient in using maintenance tracking systems and keeping detailed records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with a team across different locations.
