**Job Overview**:
Raptors Line Haul Inc. is seeking an **experienced trucking dispatcher** to manage up to 15 trucks across cross-border (Canada-USA) and domestic lanes. This is a senior-level role for someone who can **run the entire operation** — booking freight, managing drivers, and resolving issues efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch and coordinate up to 15 trucks for cross-border and domestic shipments.
- Book freight through load boards, brokers, and direct customers.
- Manage driver schedules, compliance, and hours of service.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and emergencies quickly.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers professionally.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.

**Qualifications**:

- **3+ years trucking dispatch experience** (cross-border required).
- Strong knowledge of freight booking and industry regulations (FMCSA, DOT, MTO, Customs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to be available for urgent issues outside regular hours.

**Assets**:

- Hazmat, CTPAT, and Canadian Bonded freight experience.
- Established customer or broker relationships.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
