**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Walk dogs in various weather conditions, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a safe environment for the dogs during walks, being aware of surroundings and potential hazards.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior, needs, and any concerns that arise during walks.
- Ensure all dogs are leashed properly and follow established safety protocols.
- Provide basic care for the dogs as needed, including feeding, or cleaning up after them.
- Keep accurate records of each walk, including time spent, distance covered, and any notable behaviors or incidents.
- Build strong relationships with both pets and their owners through excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in pet care or dog walking is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Ability to handle multiple dogs at once while maintaining control and safety.
- Must be physically fit to walk dogs for extended periods and in various environments.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential; availability on weekends may be required.
- A valid driver's license and car is necessary for transporting up to 3 dogs to a walk location.

- Monday to Friday

You will have established walks midday but we get the occasional request for morning walks or later after walks.
