**Expected Hours**: 40 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate Liquid Vacuum Trucks & Wet/Dry Vacuum Trucks
  • Safely operate and transport industrial vacuum equipment for Catch basin Cleaning Project

**Qualifications & Education**

  • **License**: DZ / AZ License (required) with the ability to drive a Manual / Automatic truck
  • **Driver's Abstract**: Clean driving record

- **Experience**

  • 1-3 years in a related field
  • Experience with the function, repair, and maintenance of vacuum and transfer pumps is an asset
  • Familiarity with TDGA, Reg. 347/558, WHMIS, Confined Space Entry, MTO, MOE regulations (preferred)
  • Working at Heights, SCBA, Supplied Air, Respirator Fit Tested, Harness Trained (asset)
  • **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • **Work Environment Knowledge**: Ability to handle varying conditions including noise, dirt, wet, hot, or cold environments
  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • **Safety**: Strong focus on safe work practices and compliance with PPE requirements

**Working Conditions**

  • Standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs and ladders
  • Exposure to environmental conditions like heat, cold, dust, noise
  • Use of PPE such as hard hats, safety boots, hearing and eye protection, flame-retardant clothing, and respirators
