Reporting to the Vice President, Growth Hub, the Director will work closely with the operating units to identify growth opportunities and ensure the implementation and operationalization of customer growth programs. He or she will lead a team that works both with the GCX and in a matrix mode and will foster a collaborative environment with a common goal: increasing cross-sales. He or she will also be responsible for team management and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the implementation and operationalization of the next best action program for customers;
- Work with the team and stakeholders to develop operational processes that will promote cross-selling
- Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of high-potential growth opportunities, promoting an increase in CLV per customer;
- Ensure that initiatives are carried out according to established schedules and deadlines;
- Identify and help resolve potential obstacles to the implementation of customer growth programs;
- Ensure team performance by providing motivational leadership with resources from multiple stakeholders to achieve the growth hub's ambitions;
- Ensure effective communication of the program with business sectors and various forums within iA;
- Ensure the production of reports on the overall opportunity pipeline and the performance of the Growth Hub.
**Skills**:
- Experience in project team management or operations management;
- Experience in process development;
- Good communication skills and commercial understanding;
- Ability to interact with various hierarchical levels;
- Focus on change management and innovation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry;
- Knowledge of iA's business sectors and distribution is an asset;
- Education in business administration, finance, or actuarial science or any other related field;
- Experience in business growth and/or customer growth strategy;
- Advanced knowledge of French both spoken and written.
