**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role is part of our Strategic Operations team and will report to the Sales Operations Manager. This team is at the forefront of driving business growth. As a member of the team, you will be exposed to various functions of the business, including finance, operations, and customer success, providing you with a unique and exciting opportunity to learn and grow in your career.
Being a part of the Strategic Operations team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead strategic projects and initiatives that will have a direct impact on the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making processes and contributing to the development and implementation of critical business strategies.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Performing account validation, account approvals, and quote approvals in Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ
- Using Salesforce CPQ to build accurate and timely quotes, ensuring all pricing and discounting is correct and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Triaging Salesforce issues across many teams to ensure timely and effective support for internal stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to facilitate account management and accurate quote processing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvements to sales processes and procedures
- Handling ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
- Participating in testing, implementation, and optimization of new Salesforce CPQ functionalities
**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce/Salesforce CPQ; Salesforce Certification preferred
- Experience in Sales operations or a similar analytical role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
