The Brand Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Team—including the Brand Director and Trade Marketing Manager—in executing overall marketing plans, strategies, and communications for Caudalie Canada. This internship offers hands-on experience in brand and trade marketing across retail, boutique, and digital channels.

**FUNCTIONS**:
**Retail & Trade Marketing**
- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating new launches with retailers by completing listing and delisting forms, updating planograms, and supporting assortment changes.
- Manage and organize office product inventory for visual merchandising mock-ups, communications mailers, and marketing gifting.
- Assist with office send-outs and courier coordination for retailer incentives, marketing materials, PR mailers, and other dispatches.

**Brand Activation & Content Development**
- Participate in the development and execution of visual content, POSM, and marketing materials for all channels including retailers, boutiques, and e-retailers.
- Support studio briefings, coordination with key contacts, approval and production processes, and dispatch of materials.
- Assist with the organization of boutique marketing events.

**Training & Communications**
- Assist in the development of Canadian training tools by adapting U.S. and global (French) content, overseeing production and dispatch.
- Manage sales and technical sheets to maintain product information internally and externally.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing and communications campaigns.
- Keep and distribute detailed notes following cross-functional and departmental meetings.

**PR & Influencer Engagement**
- Assist with managing upkeep of PR lists (address changes and updated stats).
- Support PR influencer program growth by identifying new talent.

**Market Research**
- Study and analyze industry and competitive trends to generate new ideas for marketing and communications.

**Other duties as assigned.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred; Communications or relevant experience also considered.

**Other Skills**
- Bilingual English/French preferred.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**WORK HOURS & LOCATION**
- Reports to the Trade Marketing Manager, Caudalie Canada.
- Internship duration: January 5 to June 30, 2026.
- Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with flexibility required to support events or special projects as needed.
- Work location: Corporate office in Toronto, ON.
- Travel may be required on an as-needed basis.
