1. **Professional & Courteous Conduct**

- Provide solutions at first point of contact and follow-up to ensure requests are completed even outside of your involvement.

**2. Warehousing**:

- Manage Warehouse Product ensuring min/max levels are always maintained
- Place all Supplier orders
- Stock and Organize Shelves using approved designated methods including first-in, first-out re-facing of stock
- Identify product that must be moved from warehouse by requesting its “purchase” from
Account Managers daily.
- Identify overlapping products that can be consolidate.
- Update and maintain pricing and data on all warehouse products
- Complete Inventory Count Weekly
- Identify “waste” and “consumed” product daily
- Emergency store pick-up to fill in shorted items needed for current scheduled deliveries
- Manage supplier invoices for accurate processing
- Process, verify and pack all orders received by 12 noon daily for shipment the next day.
- Ensure Ship-List is printed, Bins are Labeled and Numbered for Logistics Team and made
ready for Loading
- Assigned Team Management
- Schedule Assigned Team appropriately utilizing appropriate targets and goals for site labour.

**3.** **Maintain all Supplies and Equipment in a neat and orderly manner**:

- Ensure warehousing & delivery equipment is in full working order & request replacement or upgrades when required.
- Perform Daily Maintenance and cleaning on Warehouse Facility
- Request capital purchases through approved channels
- Maintain strict compliance to Health and Safety Procedures accordance to the Provincial Health Code Requirements.
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.

**4. Logistics**:

- Load Vehicles as required
- Deliver emergency shipments as required
- Schedule daily deliveries, transfers & pick-up routes using approved procedures.
- Manage delivery & pick-up procedures to ensure running in proper working order at all times.
- Perform deliveries, transfers & pick-ups where required as necessary.
- Utilize incident tracking data to schedule and prioritize both routine & emergency transfer requests daily.
- Close out completed assignments immediately with appropriate closing remarks.
- Process end of day procedures for office reporting on all pick-ups & deposits ensuring team members have appropriate information on a daily basis.
- Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance to ensure it is always in a good working condition

**5. Manage time accordingly to ensure the job gets done**
**6. Acquire Support from Dir. Logistics when needed**
**7. Troubleshoot role and responsibility and suggest areas for continual improvement daily**
**8. Replacing staff as needed occasionally as well as the team members**
**a. Perform the duties of the staff that are absent**
**b. Monitor performance of location with respect to corporate expectations**
**9. Filling-in order desk duties to make sure that sites’ order are met on time without disruptions.**
**10. Maintain Set Metrics.**
