**Full job description**

Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House - RED DEER is looking for Dishwashers/ Prep Cook. This is an entry level position with little to no experience required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure consistently clean and sanitized dishes, equipment, and small wares
- Polite and effective communication
- Ensure cleanliness is maintained in the various kitchen areas including all operating equipment and storerooms.
- Aid in the transportation of all dishes, equipment, and small wares according to standards
- Ensure dishes, equipment, and smallwares are stored in appropriate locations and organized to ensure high standards of cleanliness, minimizing waste and maximizing space.
- Expertly handling knives to assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly cut and prepped.
- Supporting the chefs and kitchen staff as needed during food preparation and service.
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, including maintaining a sanitized work environment.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently & as a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome immediate issues
- Knowledge needed for maintaining an organizing workstation

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
