**Job Overview**:
We're seeking an **experienced Kitchen Installer** with expertise in cabinetry, custom kitchens, flooring, and crown molding, and strong proficiency in measurements, tool usage, and attention to detail. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cabinetry Installation**: Install framed and frameless cabinetry, ensuring alignment, security, and design accuracy.
- **Custom Installations**: Install pantries, closets, specialty storage, and flooring with a flawless finish.
- **Crown Molding**: Measure, cut, and install crown molding for a polished aesthetic.
- **Measurements & Planning**: Take accurate measurements and interpret blueprints for precise installations.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate professionally, address client concerns, and maintain a clean work area.
- **Plumbing & Electrical (preferred)**: Perform basic plumbing and assist with minor electrical tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a kitchen installer or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in **measurements, cabinet installation, tool usage, and crown molding installation.**:

- Ability to read and understand **technical drawings and blueprints.**:

- Basic knowledge of **plumbing and electrical systems** is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid **driver’s license** and reliable transportation.
