**Do you love fixing things, solving problems, and helping people?**

We are searching for a dedicated **Personal Assistant** to join our growing company. In this role, you'll be responsible for giving instructions on-site, managing job-sites and clients and leading production teams on the behalf of the manager. Additionally you'll be sorting notes/reminders for the manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit job sites and report work to manager
- Instruct work on job sites on manager's behalf
- Pickup and drop off material on job sites and warehouses
- Organize and instruct work in production line
- Note information and accommodate walk-in clients in absence of manager
- Organize and schedule reminders for manager
- Manage other miscellaneous tasks from the manager

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a contracting/construction company
- **Fluent in English** with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold a valid **G-Class License**:

- Must have their own **Vehicle**:

- Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary Range**:$30 and above

**Timings**:9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- **Availability to work overtime and on-call (during Weekends) is valued**

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- working as an assistant: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
