**Job Summary**

**Requirements**:

- Must have a CMRAO General License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, tenant relations, and leasing activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to facilitate repairs and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities using property management software such as Yardi or CMMS.
- Develop and implement strategies for tenant retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on property performance metrics for upper management review.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize operational efficiency.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proven sales skills to effectively market properties and attract potential tenants.
- Proficiency in CRM systems to track interactions and maintain tenant information.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong administrative skills for managing documentation, reports, and correspondence efficiently.
- Effective negotiation skills with vendors and service providers to achieve favorable terms.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and practices related to property management.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
