**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the crafting of architectural designs.
- Conduct analyses of building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, alongside reviewing technical documents and reports.
- Generate detailed Revit drawings, specifications, cost estimations, and material quantity listings based on conceptual designs and instructions.
- Create both physical and 3-D virtual models to represent architectural designs effectively.

**Employment Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a 2-to-4-year degree in Architectural Technology or a closely related field. Preference will be given to BCIT graduates.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit Architecture is essential.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in landscape design and space planning.
- Proficiency in developing custom Revit families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
