**Role Overview**:
As FOH Manager/GM, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, driving excellence across service, staffing, financials, and guest relations. You will be an integral part of shaping and maintaining NUPO’s reputation for quality, consistency, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 - Operations & Service Excellence**
- Oversee all front of house operations with a focus on seamless guest service
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure all service team members are delivering polished, professional hospitality

**2 - Team Leadership & Culture**
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage front of house team members
- Create a high-performance, collaborative team culture
- Lead pre-shift meetings and performance check-ins
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and clear performance expectations

**3 - Guest Experience & Relationship Management**
- Create a welcoming, personalized environment for every guest
- Build strong relationships with regular patrons and VIPs
- Manage guest feedback, resolve issues quickly, and drive guest retention

**4 - Financials & Business Strategy**
- Collaborate with the executive team on budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor and manage labor costs, COGS, and inventory in coordination with BOH
- Track sales reports, service metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Support marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Deep understanding of FOH and BOH operations, budgeting, and inventory control
- A calm, confident leadership style with a hands-on approach
- Strong decision-making, time management, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire a team
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and reservation platforms
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
