**Company Overview**:
VFW is a diverse and innovative fashion runway event that features both established and emerging designers. As the largest bi-annual fashion week in Canada and the fastest-growing event of its kind.
- Promote, advertise and coordinate the sales of the Company's services and/or products to prospective clients, securing that the monthly sales goal and deadlines are met.
- Contribute to and co-ordinate the Company's events, specials and promotions.
- Provide support to the marketing team and ensure all practices have all necessary marketing materials.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Strong leadership skills, dependable, and reliable.
- Excellent decision-making, event management, team management, and staff supervision skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide a sales team.
- A proven self-starter who can work independently without supervision as well as someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a high activity, team-based environment
- Direct and candid communication style with the ability to effectively work with a wide range of people and personalities
- A quick learner with strong proficiency in working with others.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Contribute to the development of company sales strategy
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement to achieve targets
- Build working collaborations and partnerships with corporate sponsors, industry partners, and other interested parties
- Provide tailored brand information and service details specific to clients and/or designer's marketing needs

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
