**What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”**
- Execute and sustain the Infrastructure Service and Maintenance contract on-site through sustaining quality relationships with key clients and creating and sustaining quality relationships with the Convergint Team.
- Indirectly lead all trades falling under the Maintenance contract.
- Supervise Maintenance Lead roles to meet and exceed operational requirements and provide excellent service directly to the tenants of various client facilities.
- Support technical team Leads in their assigned scheduled and break-in duties, and work with the Leads on their training, proficiency, and execution.
- Continually re-assess present and future manpower requirements in conjunction with the team Leads, Convergint’s Regional Operations Manager, and the Business Development Team.
- Work closely with Business Development Team to identify business growth prospects and opportunities to utilize technology solutions to improve and manage building and facility assets.
- Perform assessments of critical facilities in Portfolios as agreed with Client Manager(s) and accountabilities.
- Assist Planners and Coordinators in developing sustainable operating/maintenance practices and procedures.
- Implement field management procedures/programs to improve the quality of service and enhance the office working environment.
- Develop and implement, working with customer and Operations Manager, a quality control and quality assurance program to ensure we continue to be our client’s best service provider.
- Assist Operations Manager with the recruiting, selection, and hiring activities of technical operations personnel, in accordance with standard practices.
- Present a professional image of Convergint Technologies when speaking to customers and colleagues (at all levels).
- Maintain harmonious relations with contractors, construction management firms, and other service.
- Work with the Operations Manager to conduct performance evaluations and salary planning including assisting in establishing goals: updating and monitoring progress on a regular basis.
- Provide counseling and guidance for your team to ensure that their goals and objectives are met.
- Keep current on company products, services, solutions and policies; disseminate appropriate information in a timely manner to appropriate department personnel.
- Responsible for instilling a safety-conscious culture within the team, and for ensuring Convergint colleague’s compliance with EH&S Program.
- Ensure all relevant and required safety training and safety certificates have been obtained (e.g. site-specific safety orientations/mobilization, CPR, First Aid, OSSA certifications, etc.) Coordinate with other colleagues and/or leaders in order to achieve full safety compliance.
- Executes all work in accordance with Provincial, local regulations, general best practices.
- Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer’s first choice for service.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
