**What You’ll Do**

Gyptech is seeking a **Jr. Systems Administrator** to provide helpdesk support, deploy new IT equipment and support our IT infrastructure. We are looking for a hands-on and capable professional to strengthen our IT team. Your role will involve:

- Helpdesk support for all internal staff (between 100 - 200 users)
- Building, configuring and deploying IT equipment throughout the organization
- Deploying infrastructure related hardware and software
- Supporting and maintaining the company’s enterprise infrastructure, including but not limited to virtualization, windows servers, file sharing, active directory, backup solutions and innovative end-user computing solutions
- Building and maintaining IT policies and procedures

This position is based out of our head office in Burlington.

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technology related field is preferred
- You work well independently and have a strong attention to detail
