Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Windows and Linux servers, desktops, and laptops
- Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Perform routine system maintenance and backups
- Respond to IT support requests from end-users
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
- Participate in projects to improve IT infrastructure and services
- Some assistance with helpdesk will be required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- CCNA certification (to be provided at your interview). Required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
