**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday**

**What is the Role?**

ColdFront requires a Parts Technician responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers. This individual will contribute to our business model by providing the necessary support to the Service Department team; front counter/order desk, warehouse and back counter as well as directly supporting customers; both new and repeat business.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Checking stock levels on computer system
- Looking up parts in parts manuals for customers
- Keeping customers up to date with ETA’s on back orders
- Provide technical assistance to customers
- Provide alternative products/solutions for out of stock items or long lead-time items
- Co-ordinate orders with shipping department
- Resolving incorrect orders or shipping errors with customers
- Responsible for building strong customer relations
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, enjoys working with people and helping customers
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving abilities, continuous improvement and proven decision making skills
- Extremely well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Previous parts person/counter experience is an asset

**About us**:
**ColdFront**is the authorized dealer for Carrier Transicold in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan providing sales, parts and service support of temperature-control equipment, Auxiliary Power Units (APU’S), Gensets and Telematics for Transportation and Industry. We also support several other industry-leading product offerings, including Webasto, Pro-Heat, Red Dot and MEI, providing engine-off and hydraulic heaters, and in-cab air conditioning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
