**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking a **versatile and highly organized freelance creative** who excels in **design, photography, and videography**. This role is perfect for someone who is not only creative but also a **self-starter** with a **can-do attitude**—ready to go above and beyond when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media & Advertising Content Creation**: Develop engaging visuals (photo, video, and design) for client campaigns.
- **On-Location Shoots**: Capture high-quality content at various set locations, including our studio at 242 Applewood Crescent.
- **Podcast Production Support**: Assist with visuals, including photography and promotional video snippets.
- **Post-Production**: Edit photos and videos, ensuring polished, on-brand content.
- **Collaborative Ideation**: Work closely with our team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- **Project Management**: Stay organized and meet deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

**What You Bring**:

- Strong skills in **photography, videography, and graphic design**.
- Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
- Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- **Organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A **proactive mindset** with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Access to your own equipment (camera, lighting, editing tools, etc.).
- Reliable transportation to travel to various locations, including our studio.
- A willingness to take on additional tasks and challenges as needed.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Familiarity with podcast editing software.
- Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
