**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your exceptional hospitality skills will help create a positive dining experience, while your ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements will contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and provide them with menus.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, taking reservations and providing information about the menu and services.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating outstanding customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room area as well as the entrance of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and staff alike.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, enhancing efficiency in managing orders and payments.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries professionally.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed in a restaurant setting.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.70-$16.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
