Cultivation Technician

Victoria Cannabis Company is looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our grow crew as a Grow Technician. If you love working with plants and want to be part of a local cannabis company doing cool things—we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pruning
- Propagation
- Assisting with harvests (cutting down plants, bucking, and cleanup)
- Keeping grow rooms clean and tidy
- Following directions and checking in with your supervisor as needed
- Wearing PPE and following safety and sanitation guidelines
- Using our software to track tasks (don’t worry—we’ll train you)
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who shows up on time, works hard and brings a positive attitude
- You’re comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet or siting
- You’ve worked with plants or in a greenhouse (bonus, but not required)
- You’re 19+ and legally allowed to work in Canada
What You’ll Get:

Pay: $20.00 per hour
