We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Painters. No previous painting experience is required - just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

**Description**:

- Appropriately prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces (decks, fences, siding, doors, walls, etc.).
- Report to Production Manager and Crew Chief to receive direction.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Drop off flyers and market to neighbouring houses.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Be a team player, hard worker, self-motivated, punctual.
- Must posses good communication skills.
- Willing to work 40-50hrs/week.
- Have reliable transportation to job sites.
- Comfortable with heights and working on ladders.
- Painting experience is an asset but not necessary.
