**First Nation Sales**

**Rate of Pay**: Depending on Experience

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Meet with First Nation customers in our Winnipeg office and travels within Manitoba and North West Ontario First Nation communities, to identify their building material needs.
- Provide estimates, job quotes and sales to First Nations customers in a timely manner;
- Communicate with external Tribal Councils, Architectural and Engineering firms to provide all relevant required information on an ongoing and in a timely manner as required;
- Involve the Ready-To-Move and Construction Managers as required to develop and grow all line of the business.
- Advise internal personnel of customer expectations and follow up with Shipping Department to ensure materials are delivered on time;
- Estimate building materials as required;
- Create and facilitate sales orders, and purchase orders, within ERP software;
- Communicate with appropriate departments to ensure adequate supply of merchandise is in stock;
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience selling building materials to First Nation communities is an asset;
- A proven ability to adapt, multi-task, work both independently and in a team environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills, logical and efficient, with attention to detail;
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced demanding environment;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems are considered an asset;
- Knowledge of common construction principles and practices, as well as blue print reading would be considered an asset;
- Highly motivated;
- Reliable vehicle is required, as this is a non-bus route.
