The Project Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating projects. He or she works together with the representatives to gather information needed for each project. The Project Manager must ensure effective communication and collaboration of all stakeholders involved in the project. He or she must also exercise control over the scope, timelines and budgets for the work done.
- Manages, plans, organizes and controls the activities and timelines for projects supporting the strategic goals of the company.
- Manages risks, contingencies and identifies solutions
- Monitors progress and ensures compliance with the guidelines of its projects
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance of the installation methods
- Share and update the status and changes needed to the project
- Use the methods and procedures established by the company

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingual (English and French)

Reading and understanding technical plans

**Skills**:
Initiative, independence and professionalism

Strong organizational and prioritization

Excellent communication skills and good team player

Motivated and enthusiastic

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability (business growth)

Being able to conduct several projects simultaneously (concurrently)
