**Position: Operations Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting Poo pickup routes to ensure completion of all tasks.
- Managing schedules and coordinating staff.
- Handling administrative tasks and providing top-notch customer service.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies for business growth.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Gathering marketing content.
- Providing weekly reports on business activity.
- Contributing to marketing initiatives.

**Requirements: Vehicle and License**
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
- Comfortable working with and around waste.
- Comfortable with dogs of various temperaments.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions year-round.
- Knowledge of the city.

**About Poo Pickers**:
Poo Pickers is a rapidly growing dog waste removal company providing weekly services for residential, rural, and commercial properties in and around Edmonton.

Pay: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
