Would you like to work in a role that combines project and people management, but still allows you to use your analytical side and your knowledge of mechanical systems to do problem solving?
The Project Manager role on our Product Maintenance and Improvement team is for you
You will be responsible for managing all activities related to the maintenance and improvement of our existing products, whether for our in-house product line or for our products manufactured for large manufacturers (OEM). Also, your team is responsible for adapting our line of tracked systems to different vehicles. Finally, you will supervise the activities of the 3D scanning department.
Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Supervise a team of engineers and designers by coaching them in their daily work
- Be accountable for the technical results, timelines and budget of the projects you will be responsible for
- Provide technical support to customer service, after-sales service and production teams
- Create a product improvement plan in collaboration with our product expert and execute it with his team
- Oversee the design of fitting systems for each new tracked assembly product
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent training
- You have 3 to 5 years experience in engineering and personnel management
- You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken
