**WHAT TO EXPECT**:

Soucy Caoutchouc is looking for a maintenance planner who will have the mandate to work in team with the different departments in order to create an efficient maintenance planning.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Plan work orders from preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and requests from other departments
- Ensure the availability of equipment according to production when planning work orders
- Follow up with the warehouse clerk to ensure that parts are available to perform the planned work orders
- Follow up with the maintenance supervisor to ensure that manpower is available to complete planned work orders
- Manage the building's preventive inspection program
- Schedule preventive maintenance in our CMMS software (Interal)
- Maintain the equipment list in Interal
- Participate in various improvement projects

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- University, college or professional training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, maintenance mechanics or other relevant training
- Relevant experience in a supervisory or planning position in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of computer tools and ERP or CMMS systems
- Be organized and autonomous
- Enjoy teamwork and have good interpersonal skills
