Marketing Financial Administration and System / Process Expert
- Marketing team’s super user as it relates to the financial process of a range of businesses with experience in SAP, MSA and other financial systems to support:

- Contract filing and approval routing (i.e., CLM & Ariba)
- New vendor creation
- PO creation with subsequent PO approvals and issuing
- Invoice reconciliation
- Supports coupon forecasts and budgets with accountability to Acquisition manager
- Establish best practices, document, and maintain all processes (Standard Operating Procedures) related to contract and PO creation, invoice reconciliation for marketing department
- Train new employees in systems and processes
- Works to closely align with Finance business partners for budgets and funds assessment

Contracting/Scope of Work, Purchasing and Invoicing
- Assist Managers in open PO review at month end to identify if all goods were received in the month as expected and in line with the budget and provide Goods Receipt systems support
- Key contact for invoice inquiries from vendors
- Work with Finance to identify status, regular reviews, follow ups and potential accruals required for reporting and year/month end
- Align with procurement and accounts payable where required to facilitate quick processing of payments as required
- Creation of PO’s for BEI (Brand Equity Investment), Non-BEI and coupons to manage vendor PO’s in alignment with all channel and brand champions supporting:

- Digital and Ecommerce
- Brand marketing
- Medical marketing
- Business analytics
- Support receipt and processing of monthly invoices (including manual invoices when required)
- Invoice Coding - PO’s creation and validation for correct G/L and WBS coding

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, SAP and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Experience
- Up to 3 years’ experience in financial administration
- Knowledge of SAP or equivalent
- Project management experience in a matrix environment (accountable for results and working cross-functionally w/o direct line authority)

Education
- College or University degree with finance or business administration as a focus
