**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/French), exceptional Account Coordinator to play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our programs. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday, and you will report to the National Accounts Specialist. The position is located at our Head Office in Woodbridge, ON, with the option to work remotely for 1-2 days a week. Therefore, having access to dependable internet and a dedicated home workspace is essential. If you are an experienced general merchandiser with a business background, this presents an excellent opportunity for you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You will be responsible for keeping English and French projects organized, verification of calls, store follow ups and reviewing reports
- Oversee and coordinate client projects to ensure on-time delivery & accurate field execution.
- Assist in developing project objectives and directives
- Alleviate day-to-day tasks from the National Accounts Specialist

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- You are bilingual - English/French - written and verbal
- You have 1-2 years of experience in retail and/or customer service
- Previous merchandising experience is essential
- You have above average computer skills, 'excelling' in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP & more
- You are an excellent communicator and have strong customer service and relationship skills
- You are dependable, self-motivated, and capable of independent work
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel under pressure, and readily adapt to change.
- Possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and respond to data
