- **Deal Clerk **to join our growing team Reporting to the Controller, you will assist with inventory management, posting deals, inputting invoices, & generating payments.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Posting deal sales into accounting
- Calculating & posting sales commissions
- Reconciling flooring liabilities
- Reconciling various accounting schedules relating to vehicle inventory
- Processing after-sales remittances
- Filing, electronic filing, scanning, & tracking documents
- Creating, formatting various documents, & correspondence

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Minimum 1 year accounting experience required
- Automotive and/or dealership experience is a must
- Deal posting experience is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, document templates etc.)
