**Job Summary**:
As the IT Infrastructure Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring that all systems operate seamlessly and efficiently to support the company’s goals. Your role will involve strategic planning, effective team management, vendor coordination, and implementation of infrastructure solutions across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the IT Infrastructure team.
- **Infrastructure Planning**: Assess and determine requirements for new infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Solution Development**: Collaborate with team members to evaluate options and recommend the best infrastructure solutions.
- **Project Coordination**: Plan and oversee the integration of infrastructure components for new business entities or acquisitions.
- **Task Delegation**: Assign work and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and manage productive relationships with infrastructure vendors, including reviewing and coding invoices.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Develop and track KPIs/KVIs to measure and improve IT infrastructure performance.
- **System Monitoring**: Ensure comprehensive monitoring and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components to prevent downtime or performance issues.
- **Collaborative Support**: Partner with the Business Solutions team to define and implement infrastructure requirements for new projects.

**Required Skills**:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of managing high-pressure situations and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Eager to learn and grow professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Bilingual (spoken and written) proficiency required.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset.
