**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform renovations, including but not limited to tile laying, masonry work, LVP floor installation, construction, painting, drywall, building fences, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. landscaping,
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed for various renovation projects.
- Install fixtures, cabinetry, and other components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Build and restore structures while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in renovation or construction-related fields.
- Proficiency in tile laying, masonry, construction painting, installation, and heavy lifting, LVP floor installation, construction, painting, drywall, building fences, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. landscaping,
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From $25.79 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Renovation: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-01
