**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok & Youtube (including Reels, Stories, and posts) and other platforms.
- Self-Modeling: Confidently self-model Hermès bags in daily posts, showcasing creative and fashion-forward ways to style them.
- Social Media Management: Manage daily posting schedules with monthly content plan, respond to comments and direct messages, and actively engage with our audience.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and posts that align with our luxury brand image.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) to optimize content and ad strategies.
- Trends & Strategy: Stay updated on social media trends, implement best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance our digital presence.
- Advertising & Meta Ads: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, with experience in running and optimizing Instagram and Facebook ads. Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts with high-quality content (portfolio or Instagram link required).
- Strong English writing skills, with a knack for creating elegant and engaging captions.
- Familiarity with Instagram algorithms, hashtags, and ads strategies.
- Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus:
Passion for luxury fashion, with knowledge of Hermès or similar high-end brands being a plus.

Experience as an influencer or having a personal Instagram with a significant following.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
