Escape Trailer is looking for **manufacturing experienced individuals** to join our growing team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be involved in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing various components to produce a finished Escape trailer that meets quality standards. Electrical, gas, plumbing or carpentry experience is an asset, but not a requirement. We are looking for positive-minded individuals who are eager to learn.

**As a Production Technician your role includes**:

- Work independently and collaboratively with fellow team members, supervisors, and engineers
- Attain daily quality and delivery targets through standardized work
- Work daily with various power tools & hand tools
- Work independently on assigned projects with time restraints in mind
- Following company standard requirements on safety and quality protocols

**Preferred Skills/Requirements**
- Electrical (12V/120V), gas, carpentry or plumbing experience is preferred but not required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Experience working in manufacturing or construction environments
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in English
