Manufacturing / Belting Technition

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing / Belting Technician to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing and supply of light weight conveyor belting.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing / Belting Technician roll is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with operating machinery or equipment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in thyis role.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
