**Job Summary**
The Production Technician is primarily responsible for assembling, testing, packing, and shipping digital display products. Additional tasks will include inventory management, shipping & receiving duties, operating a forklift, and supporting general warehouse operations. This position requires an attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, configure, and test digital display orders as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Handle loading and unloading at the shipping/receiving docks.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for material movement.
- Manage and track inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Set up new and existing clients on the VideoStar cloud software platform.
- Update and maintain CMS records as needed.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). French language skills are an asset.
- Attention to safety and ability to promote a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- High level of integrity and honesty in all business dealings.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to develop and adhere to a schedule to meet production targets and client deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Sound knowledge of technical production activities.
- Team-oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience in shipping & receiving.
- Background in computer networking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
