**Position Title**: Rope Access Technician

**Position Type**:Full time
- The season for this work is typically from early April to mid-November. Though some work does come up during the winter months.

**Description of Duties**:

- Following SPRAT/WSH regulations, as well as company policies and procedures to ensure that you and your co-workers are working safe.
- Working with our high rise department to complete high quality work on budget
- Performing window cleaning, high dusting, dryer vent cleaning, caulking and other maintenance services
- Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Completing work using the latest equipment and technology
- Going through company training and development program

**Skills and Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in rigging and high rise descent systems
- 2+ years experience working in a services or trade type position
- Comfortable with working at heights
- Flexible schedule to adjust work hours to weather conditions

**Compensation**:$35/hr (We pay using a piece work model that allows you to be rewarded for how much work you get done, skilled technicians will average more than $35/hr)
