**Job Title**: Site Supervisor
**Location**: Chiliwack, BC

**Type**: Full-time

**Rate of Pay**:$ 25 per hour

**Shift**: Monday - Friday 0600 - 1400

Allied Universal is currently seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day security operations at a key client site in **Chilliwack**. This leadership role is responsible for managing a 208-hour-per-week schedule and ensuring all assigned staff maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and client service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support on-site security personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with AUS standards
- Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
- Act as the primary liaison between frontline staff, AUS management, and client representatives
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
- Enforce site-specific safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Conduct incident investigations and complete detailed reports using **Heliaus Device**:

- Monitor service quality and make improvements as needed
- Ensure smooth, effective daily operations and address any staffing or performance issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions.
- Minimum **2 years of supervisory experience**, preferably in the security field
- Valid **BC Security Worker License** (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using **Heliaus** or similar reporting/scheduling platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
