Security/bouncer

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Bouncer to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our venue.

**Responsibilities**:

- **ID Verification**: Check IDs of individuals who appear underage to ensure they meet the legal age requirement.
- **Monitor Intoxication**: Deny entry to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.
- **Routine Checks**: Conduct regular patrols inside the premises to ensure no inappropriate or prohibited activities occur.
- **Communication**: Actively communicate with bartenders, managers, and servers to address any concerns and resolve potential issues through dialogue.
- **Incident Handling**: Address conflicts professionally and calmly to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a security or bouncer role is preferred.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to recognize and address inappropriate behavior promptly.
- Professional demeanor and customer-oriented mindset.

**Additional Details**:
We require a quick and efficient contact method for security-related requests during weekday nights and daytime, particularly to assist with moving individuals from inside or around the building.
