**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through coaching and performance management
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
- Oversee outside sales efforts by establishing relationships with potential clients across various industries
- Provide leadership in technical sales by understanding product specifications and translating them into client benefits
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team through training and development initiatives
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products preferred
- Strong background in marketing, customer service, and account management
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development roles
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analysis
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of sales professionals
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities

Pay: $143,432.61-$161,585.75 per year
