**Working conditions**
- Average salary range: $16 to $22.15/hr (based on experience and internal equity)
- Standing work with frequent movement around the store
- Loads of 50 to 75 pounds to be lifted on occasion
- Retail working environment
- Day, evening, and weekend schedule
