We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Blinds Maker/Assembler** to join our production team.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble blinds, including roller and zebra styles, from start to finish
- Cut fabrics and materials accurately according to measurements
- Operate hand tools, fabric-cutting tables, and assembly equipment
- Inspect and test finished products for quality assurance
- Package and label products for delivery or installation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow company safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in window coverings or related manufacturing industry
- **Experience with cutting roller/Zebra fabrics is required**:

- Ability to use hand tools and cutting equipment efficiently
- Strong measurement and attention-to-detail skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Team player with good communication and reliability

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7 PM
- Saturday work during peak periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
