**Responsibilities**

• Prepare and assemble samosas using fresh ingredients while adhering to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service.
• Participate in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and notifying management of any shortages.

**Requirements**

• Previous restaurant experience or kitchen experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and baking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
