Women Building Futures is hiring for the role of Employer Engagement Coordinator this is a full time, permanent role. The work time will be 37.5 hrs./week. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for new partners looking to engage with WBF to join the Employer of Choice program or register in Work Proud Inclusivity Training.

Work Setting and Location - WBF utilizes an agile work model that involves both in person work and work from home components. On average, the Engagement Coordinator will work from home approximately 70% of the time. Travel will be required up to 20% of the time. Only Alberta residents will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for new industry relationships and connection point for the Employer of Choice Program.
- Identify and refer industry connections to Senior Advisor of Employee Engagement and Partnership Development, where there is employment potential or interest to support the core mission of WBF.
- Work closely with Senior Advisor of Employee Engagement and Partnership Development to support inbox traffic, calendar management, and expense reports.
- Act as a key resource to Senior Advisor of Employee Engagement and Partnership Development, by planning and arranging meetings, preparing meeting documents, and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities. Research and synthesize information to prepare briefing notes and reports.
- Work collaboratively all members of the Stakeholder Relations Teams including, Industry Relations, Community and Ingenious Relations and Strategic Partnerships.
- Support and execute on internal processes for cross department coordination of impact reporting for funders.
- Maintain WBF’s databases including account and contact profiles, evaluations, and assessment submissions for reporting and planning purposes.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue booking, ensuring technical requirements are available, ordering catering and supplies.
- Book travel arrangements and prepare expense claims for Senior Advisor of Employee Engagement and Partnership Development.
- Draft invoices, MOU’s and Agreement documents as required.

- Ability to have in person meetings as well as virtual on a variety of platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Google etc.
- Lived experience with equity-serving groups is an asset.
- Alignment with WBF’s values and culture, including a commitment to continuous learning, and creating safe, inclusive workplaces with respect for all employees, applicants, students, and stakeholders.

Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Administration, HR, Communications, Public Relations, Community Investment, Arts).
- Three (3) years experience in administration and/or coordination.
- Previous experience with Raisers Edge is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
